UDM Lab. invites applications for academic & research positions in
Industrial Engineering

UDM Lab., the department of Industrial Engineering at Ajou University invites applicants for a Post-Doctorate Position, Ph.D. students, and Master students starting March 2013. Outstanding candidates in all areas of industrial engineering will be considered. However, young Ph.D. holders with outstanding background and achievements are particularly welcome. Candidates require an earned B.S, Master, or Ph.D. in Industrial engineering or closely related field like computer science

Research areas includes
1. Knowledge Acquisition based on classification, Big Data Analysis, and knowledge engineering
2. Digital Manufacturing based on Simulation & Modeling
3. Intelligent System Design and Agent based Software Engineering
4. Virtual Manufacturing
5. Programming skills are strongly required

Funding
1. Master Student: Minimum 1000 USD per month including tuition depending on research capability (Maximum 1600 USD)
2. Ph.D. Student: Minimum 1500 USD per month including tuition depending on research capability (Maximum 2300 USD)
3. Post-Doctorate: Minimum 2000 USD per month depending on research capability (Maximum 2800 USD)
