The successful candidate will participate in the development of integrative analysis methods of orthogonal high-throughput data for the characterization of the functional impact of somatic mutations in cancer patients, using high density and Next Generation Sequencing data generated from human samples and cell lines. The candidate will participate in the development of analytical methods for the prediction of protein structural variations.
The minimum requirements include a PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields. Basic knowledge of molecular biology, genetics and cancer biology is also required.
