Saya mohon bantuan jika ada yang pernah melalui proses admisi di Chinese University of Hongkong. Saya sudah melalui proses wawancara ke-2 via Skype, dan barusan mendapat surat yang berisi seperti ini:
“Thank you for attending the interview / having the interview with our Admission Panel yesterday. I am pleased to inform you that you are offered a place for the Master of Public Health Programme (Full-time) of the September 2012 intake.
Since the application is competitive, please kindly confirm your acceptance and secure a place by faxing us the completed reply slip below indicating your intention to accept the admission offer. Please also send us the reply slip by post together with a non-refundable cheque / bank draft in the amount of HK$72,000 payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong” on or before 21 May 2012.
Please note that the cheque / bank draft will NOT be presented until the Graduate School formally sends you the Letter of Admission and the payment advice by late May. Thereafter, we will arrange for the
cheque to be deposited. If your application for admission is not approved by the Graduate School, the cheque will be returned to you.
I look forward to welcoming you to the School of Public Health and Primary Care of The Chinese.”
Apakah ini prosedur yang normal? atau bagaimana? Soalnya saya perlu membuat semacam surat/proposal kepada institusi saya, karena mereka yang akan membiayai studi lanjut saya ini. Mohon pencerahan.
