Eligibility:
1. the applicant and his/her parents must be non korean
2. applicant must be under 40 years of age as of september 1st, 2012
3. applicant must hold bachelor or master degree
4. applicant must have GPA (3,07/4,0 OR 3,27/4,30 OR 3,42/4,50) OR 85 out of 100

1. Applicant must contact a certain professor of inha university who would agree to recommend the applicant before submitting applications
